Real estate industry is a pillar industry of China's national economy, real estate development, subject to the social, economic and environmental impact, while the development of the real estate industry will be on social, economic and environmental implications. Can the real estate industry sustained and healthy development, people's livelihood, the relationship between production and the life of future generations. At present, the development of China's real estate there is destruction of the ecological environment, housing prices overheating of the structural problems are conspicuous, as well as funding increased risk of relying on bank finance and other issues, to some extent affected the human beings and nature, man and human beings, the harmonious development of man and society. Therefore, the scientific outlook on development as guidance, to solve these and real estate issues related to sustainable development, not only for purely economic development, but also to social equity and development; not only to economic interests, but also to environmental benefits and resource efficiency; not only for contemporary people, but also to the survival and development of future generations.
