Research On Management Accounting In The Company Application

Management accounting in China is a developing process and its application is important to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the current management of Chinese enterprises accounting application status, and then introduced R company management accounting of the practical application, on the basis of the Company's successful experience. In conjunction with R successful application management accounting experience, a paper to be set up a good management accounting environment, and train high quality of management personnel to establish and improve enterprise management mechanisms for accounting and budget system in order to establish a perfect management accounting system. This paper points out that building with Chinese characteristics and management accounting promotion and development of our country's fundamental approach to management accounting.
