With the development of electric power system reform in our country, the power consumers buy electric power directly will be a necessary developing stage of the electric power market.This paper makes use of Bayes learning and the Game Theory, and then discusses the issue of power consumers buying power from generators in the condition of bilateral trade. Firstly, the paper summarizes the developing mode of the power market at home and abroad and the developing experience of large consumers buying power directly, then introduces the application of Bayes formula in games of incomplete information. After that, in the hardcore, this paper devises a trade mechanism of single large consumer and single generator, and then leads in the Bayes learning model. In the trade of single large consumer and multiple generators, it builds a competitive evaluation model of ordering the negotiation to multiple generators. On the basis of the trade feature of multiple large consumers and multiple generators, it builds a compounded strategy negotiation model of a trade between multiple consumers and multiple generators, and provides a calculation example. The researching purpose of this paper is offering a reference to the quotation game of large consumers buy power directly.
