Research On Supply Chain Optimization Between Coal Company And Electric Power Company

The inter-enterprise supply chain optimization between coal-production companies and power generating companies has been paid close attention by all related parties. This paper fixed on the strategic and cooperative relations between the two parties, and made power generating company as the core business. Based on supply chain management theory, coal supplier selection, cooperation model between the enterprises, together with the maintenance and development mechanisms have been studied. Among which the last two parts are thought to be innovative, and the result shows that supply chain optimization can be achieve through the supply chain management this paper proposed. Finally, according to the findings, combined with Chinese current situation, some propositions have been made.
