The Research On Risk Management Of CNG Project Financing

The CNG market trend was leaps and bounds because of national policy guidance, mandatory environmental requirements and ever-rising oil prices. Project financing have become the important factors for success on entering the competition CNG projects.Risk management of CNG financing was an object of research in this thesis. The risk of CNG financing was prior to the occurrence of management, including the establishment of the correct financing decisions, risk identification and risk evaluation, especially risk prevention and control. It is a reference to CNG project financing decision-making. It is a good program in order to detect and effectively prevent the occurrence of the risk of CNG financing and reduce economic losses.This approach was quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combined equal emphasis on theoretical analysis. The establishment of a risk management system model was the aim of CNG financing for scientific decision-making, in order to effectively guard against financing risks and provide a theoretical and practical guidance. In this thesis, the method of CNG risk identification and evaluation was expert survey and AHP. It was way to determine the risks of CNG projects in a variety of factors and determine the major risk factors for the risk control.Risk management of CNG in terms of project financing was very important to identify and assess risks. The CNG financing risk was not widely recognized lack of understanding of risk management. There was some misunderstanding because of CNG development later in China. It was necessary to understanding the risk of CNG financing and build the basic framework for risk management. It was useful to analysis CNG financing risk management and resolve these issues.
