Fast food industry is becoming globalization since 70's in the twentieth century as the development of the world, now it is definitely becoming a important part of human's life. It is a late start in China cause of the different culture from western world countries, so it is at the primary stage of learning, copying and accumulating the experience for developing. However, there is a huge consumer market which is getting bigger and bigger. Meanwhile, the foreign fast food owns the most of market shares in China, and the traditional and local fast food could not be lasting for longer time even is like a stillbirth. Although some of traditional fast food have increasing profit, the companies'scales are expanding much slower than foreigners', rather to say the own culture and famous brands.This article would be detailing and analyzing the concept and development of the fast food industry, presenting the features and basic characteristic by analyzing the consumers, business style and shop designing. And then, proposing the actual business solution after summing up the current problems China fast food industry basis on the theory and survey. Finally, I will use the McDonald's example comparing with Chinese fast food business strategies, proposing a series of business plans for the traditional Chinese fast food industry.
