The Analysis On The Financial Efficiency Of Industrial Construction Workers Information And Technology Industry Private-owned Company

Regardless of quantity, financial fund and utilization efficiency, there are many problems behind. So, it is very useful to build an estimating index system to calculate the financing efficiency of private-owned listed companies in information and technology industry, and collect out the main factor. Only do that the improvement of private-owned listed companies in information and technology industry will be fundamentally promote. And it is important to promote the role of private-owned listed companies in information and technology industry and intelligence economy.First, this article sum up the theory on both finance and finance efficiency, then give the definition of financial efficiency and information and technology industry private-owed company. Second, from the aspect of quantity, financial fund and utilization efficiency, this article analyzes the phase and problem of private-owned listed companies in information and technology industry. Third, from the aspect of cash funding efficiency, deploying efficiency and governing efficiency, this article build up an index system to estimate the financial efficiency. And according to the result of empirical analysis, this article gets the conclusion that the overall status of financial efficiency is very low and the main factors which impact the financial efficiency most. Last but not the least, this article brings out some suggestion to promote the financial efficiency.
