With the development of the market economy, the competition of business is becoming increasingly intense, simultaneously various business models are springing developed. Under the current environment of intense competition, more and more enterprises are beginning to realize the importance of customers. It is a survival basis for enterprises to seize their own stable and loyal customers. Customer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management) has been widely recognized and applied based on above context. It provides a system for collection, analysis and research of various customer information and marketing means and methods better to be taken when enterprise confrontment customers, which transform enterprise marketing idea from the "product-centric" to "customer-centric".First of all, the importance of establishment of customer relationship management systems is proposed in the light of in the light of analysis of the customers e-commerce model and study its shortcomings.Secondly, the major meaning of CRM, the primary reason of CRM emergence, and the signification and objectives of implementation of CRM would be expatiated. A suitable model for CRM would establish throughout studying the theoretical knowledge and combined with analysis of the functions, structure and shortcomings of original system.Furthermore, the data warehouse technology applied in the CRM System would be study. The data warehouse would be established which is face to the customers, sale and returns, according to collection and analysis of data sources on the client systems. Data extraction, transformation and loading would be implemented depend on multi-dimensional data model of instance database designed by star pattern and Data transformation Service Packages (DTS) designed by SQL Server2000 Enterprise Edition, meanwhile the current Some of the data is analyzed through using of Analysis Servers comes with dig tools, in order to provide a theoretical basis for a better implementation of the CRM.Finally, marketing strategy would be proposed for business management to promote enterprise development and growth through execution marketing planning model and combination with the result of data warehouse analysis.
