A Research On Rural Landscape Planning Of Suburban

As a big agriculture, the majority of Chinese was aggregated in rural areas. With the development of economic and the improvement of urbanization, geographical scope of rural areas showed dynamic changes as well as narrowing trend.Rural landscape, with large area agricultural landscape and rural lifestyle as its salient feature, was a landscape complex integrated with natural environment and human activities on the base of natural landscape, owning much values including beautiful scene and rural lifestyle. With the exacerbation of socialist market economy and rural surplus population moving into city, rural economy flourished and there had been great changes in rural landscape.How to protect the integrity and characteristics of rural landscape, excavate tour value of rural areas, and inherit, protect and develop rural customs and cultural heritage in China, were significant tasks in building new socialist countryside currently. At present, domestic rural landscape planning almost focused on the macro aspects of theoretical research, lacking of study on specific type of rural landscape. Rural landscape planning simply copied urban planning, ignoring its own characteristics, which resulted in the phenomenon of loss of rural culture and stereotyped rural landscape.Suburban rural areas were special forms of region, the transition zone from urban to rural, which owned strong rural regional characteristics. As a typical ecotone, meanwhile, it's also violently influenced by urban radiation, owning characteristics of spatial instability and sensitivity. It's a typical ecological fragile zone, and the pace of rural landscape is instability and sensitivity. Consequently, with impacts of speeding up the process of urbanization as well as the construction of new socialist countryside, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to carry out scientific and rational planning of rural landscape in suburban areas by means of modern technological conditions.Taking Diamond village of Shapingba District in Chongqing City as research object, the article studied suburban landscape planning. The structure of the paper was a process from macro planning to the detail design, whose logic system was formatted by four parts.Chapter One:By overviewing basic theory and defining some basic theories, the paper analyzed the necessity of studying this issue. Following, it looked back and evaluated the study development of rural landscape both in China and abroad, analyzed the attributes and the existing problems of suburban landscape, and also set up research ideas and frameworks of the paper.Chapter Two:The part was main content of the paper. Firstly, classified landscapes in accordance of physiognomy classification and protracted landscape classification map. Secondly, by using the patch-corridor-matrix mode in landscape ecology and selecting appropriate index of landscape pattern, it quantitatively analyzed and evaluated rural landscape pattern. Finally, it clarified the concept and role of rural landscapes regionalization from perspective of functional design.Chapter Three:This part was demonstration analysis of specific case. Selecting Diamond village of Shapingba District in Chongqing City as the research object, it did status analysis, landscape classification, mapping,as well as quantitative analysis and evaluation of rural landscape pattern in accordance with the planning process mentioned above. Then, it made landscape division from aspects of production, life, ecology, leisure and tourism.Chapter Four:This part put a discussion on how to protect suburban rural landscape and to upgrade economy value, ecological value and aesthetic value of the rural. Meanwhile, it summarized characteristics and conclusion of the research, as well as predicted the future.The purpose of this research was to explore suburban rural landscape planning, which could not only continue and develop inherent rural scenes and cultural landscape, but also promote coordinated development of city and country. The paper would like to summarize ideas and methods of rural landscape planning in suburban areas, propose some views and conclusions in the course of the study, which would be checked in practice and afford useful instructions in the construction of new socialist countryside.
