Online auctions are a profitable, exciting, and dynamic part of electronic commerce, which bring new bloods to the traditional online selling. Online multi-unit auctions are widely used on the Internet, theoretical and empirical research on it has been paid much attention. This paper studies multi-unit homogeneous objects auctions.Firstly, this paper studies the optimal selling strategies in homogeneous objects auctions which contain the design parameter:the starting price. We specify our model to the one stage auction and multi-stage auction respectively, and show the features of optimal starting price by numerical experiments.Secondly, this paper analyzes the customers'behavior in homogeneous objects auctions with posted price. Through a theorem and numerical experiments, we discuss what customer bid if he decides to participate in the auction, and customer join in the auction or purchase the item at the posted price when he arrives at the auction with a posted price.
