| As both of financial and the development of innovative intellectual property secutitization of intellectual property rights,It is absolutely new issue in all of the world. Now it has been recently a hot topic in domestic financial theory and practice realm. It was originated, developed in USA then expanded world-widely. Many countries pay much attention to intellectual property securitization. Besides the practical issues, their hasn't a detailed procedure that can be used in IP-backed securitization commonly in academic circle to direct how to do in practice. This is the mainly reason that IP-backed securitization can't growing rapidly in China. Against this backdrop, study on application of IP-backed securitization in enterprise of China can exploit a new way to solve the financing problem in enterprises,espacially in medium and small enteprisesThis paper mainly introduces the process of intellectual property securitization practise in our country in the piont of management,pionts out the securitization process includes five participants and seven steps.then,to take one step ahead, we analyzes and indicates three factors that influence the process of intellectual property securitization: how to evaluate the value of intellectual property right; how to establish SPV; how to publish bonds smoothly.Because the research of intellectual property securitization is always in details, now research totally is not enough. In this paper, we research two practice problems in depth, they are asset appraisal and credit rating.In the third part of this paper, we analyze the methods that can be used in the appraisement of IP-backed securitization, and then find a new method: we can combine income method with analytic hierarchy process to apprise the value of intellectual property. In the forth part of this paper, we think this time to carry out IP-backed intellectual is a golden opportunity for the domestic rating agencies to establish ranking mathods acted on their own and adapt the situation of our country. We also need to consummate the supervise system of rating agencies. Along with the development rating market, it is also can accelerate the development of IP-backed securitization market. |
