Research Of Social Enterprises Influence Factor And Operational Mechanism

Social Enterprise is a kind of non-profit organizations which have a non-profit purpose, use commercial operation for carrying out organizational operations, to solve a social purpose and achieve social values. The core idea of social enterprises is achieving social values. The products which Social Enterpr-ise provided have the dual attributes that is economic and social nature. Due to the multiple attributes of social enterprises, research and operational mechanism is helpful to analysis deeply characteristics of social enterprises and a variety of issues during their development of social enterprises. This can also establish the policy of support, encouragement, and supervision which can promote the dev-elopment of social enterprises.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars'studies related to the theory of social enterprises. The paper describes the elements of social en-terprise operational mechanism. Make the definition of social enterprises; accor-ding to social objectives the paper divided Social Enterprise into three types: employment supplementary social enterprise, social supplementary social enter-prise and market supplementary social enterprise. Use "focus groups" Research Methods to establish the core factor of social enterprise operation. Establish the social entrepreneurs, the external environment, markets, stakeholders and inter-nal management of enterprises five dimensions, and set up in each dimension within the three impact indicators. Combination of 15 impact indicators, paper code 21 cases of social enterprises, summarized characteristics during the social enterprises operation, summed up the characteristics of various types of social enterprises and problems.By the analysis and discussion of social enterprise case, this study has the following conclusions:1, Social entrepreneurs is not the decisive role for the development of social enterprises, but a strong comprehensive ability of social entrepreneurs can effectively promote social enterprise development; 2, Poor external environment can create positive social enterprises by the market mechanism, thereby we can say poor external environment can encou-rage and promote social enterprise development;3, Social enterprises need to establish a sound business enterprise manage-ment system to improve operational efficiency;4, Different types of social enterprise have different operational mechanism, the internal characteristics and external environmental pressures. So the resea-rch about social enterprise had to be classified discussion;5, Social enterprise operational mechanism is affected by its internal and external factors. Social enterprise operational mechanism includes marketorie-nted mechanisms, management mechanisms, external environment and cultural shaping. External environment includes nurturing of social entrepreneurs, social rights and interests of feedback, the maintenance of social interests.6, In order to ensure the good functioning of social enterprises,We need to establish incentive policies, monitoring policies,support policies and culture policier in order to make systematic policy system.This study of social enterprises has made the following innovation:1, Make a new classificationg of social enterprises,which combined with the social purpo-se, make a good foundation for future theoretical research survey; 2, On the basis of classification, We select 21 social enterprises cases in order to summed up and summarized the impact of social enterprises operating factors, Using content analysis and multi-case analysis to encode the features of social enterprises, take combination of quantitative and qualitative methods described social enterprise operating mechanism; 3, Compre with social enterprise operating mechanism, we using policy network analysis method in order to built policies recommendations which based on social enterprise networks.
