With economic development, principal elements which determine enterprise can gain competitive advantage in the market are changing .A successful company should not only seeking for potential commercial space during the business development ,but also put more emphasis on cost saving of critical factor. This paper focuses on how to undertake logistics integration through which to control logistics cost and improve competition.With the increasingly developing economic globalization, thriftily global economy as never before has brought opportunity as well as serious challenge and pressure. Domestic manufacturing corporations are striving for access to cost reduction to cope with competition. Adding insult to injury, current global economy crisis is definitely to make the matter worse. More and more enterprises, who took raw materials saving as the 1st source of profit while improving working efficiency as the 2nd source of profit before, are transferring emphasis to establishing efficient logistics system as the 3rd source of profit strategically and competition strength, to meet the demand of quicker delivery, improving product quality, cost reduction, better service. It must be a trend to view the logistics integration from the perspective of logistics management development status for global logistics enterprises in future.This paper mainly pictures the logistics integration of Halla Climate Control Dalian based on theory research. It begins with logistics intelligence theory, covering the evolution trend and development of logistics integration, and its definition ,management principle, objective, theory method, basic routes; and turns to describe current situation of Halla Dalian's logistics management , analyzing the existing problems from three aspects :organization structure, business process, and information system; furthermore comes up with detailed planning considering three aspects: organization structure adjustment, business process reengineering,information system advancement; eventually makes the conclusion.
