Multinational companies(MNCs) operating their own to the global activity, it also makes the issue of social responsibility of MNCs has become a global problem. MNCs invest in the host country by virtue of its monopoly advantage and stronger competitive advantage, to seize more excellent human resources, capital, material and other social resources. The content of the social responsibility of MNCs, including economic social,cultural,technological,environmental and political aspects. Moreover, the social responsibility of MNCs emphasis on the global level, especially host country. MNCs are seeking to maximize the economic benefits of social responsibility at the same time, not only the interests of the shareholders, but also considering all the necessary multilateral stakeholders. Specifically, the MNCs in the host country not only have to take the social responsibility of the home country but also the host country as well as the host-specific expectations and requirements.In defining the corporate social responsibility and social responsibility of MNCs, the specific analysis of the social responsibility of transnational corporations theoretical basis and practical requirements, research and feasibility studies of MNCs in the host society to assume the possibility of the necessity and duty. In-depth analysis of situation of MNCs in China and under the guidance of theory combined with practice, I advice a number of measures to promote MNCs to take social responsibility, The transnational corporations should have a moral commitment in themselves, conscious commitment to society for duty, Much more important, emphasized the need to further strengthen the functions of government, improve the legal system, And the use of international organizations, non-governmental organizations and the strength of public opinion, the conduct of transnational corporations supervision , these measures are practical significance. With the economic globalization and MNCs cooperating activities to enhance the scope of the growing influence of transnational corporations is bound to question the social responsibility of international organizations, governments, multinational corporations, such as more and more attention and research.
