The Analysis And Suggest On The Interactive Relationship Between Port And City Of Qinhuangdao

Along with the rapid development of the world economic gloablization, and the amount of international trade increasing day by day, the positive interaction between port and city plays an important role in the development of the district. The main purpose of analysising on the interactive relationship between port and city of Qinhuangdao is to find out the development situation of the port and the city, and their coordinated development. According to their own characteristics, integrate the port resources, and guide the development of positive interaction between port and city. Base on this, this paper use the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the interactive relationship between port and city of Qinhuangdao.First of all, analysis the situation of Qinhuangdao port base on its output ability and the change of its transportation. And analysis the financial situation of Qinhuangdao city base on the gross domestic product and its components, industry as well as foreign economic.Secondly, the paper analysis the evolution of interactive relationship between Qinhuangdao port and city, and classifies into three periods since Qinhuangdao port was built. Meantime, the paper analysis their dynamical mechanism, economic affiliation, port function and city localization in each period of the interaction between port and city.Thirdly, the paper selects economic indicator of port and city according to the principle of selecting indicator and their own feature. The paper uses correlation and linear regressive analysis to study the interaction between the Qinhuangdao port and the city. And use the method of Data Envelopment Analysis to evalute the avlidity of the coordinated development within the port and the city. The paper analyzes the coordinated degree between theirs using the principal components method and the membership of fuzzy mathematics, and carries on the simple dynamic analysis. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, the paper proposes the suggestions: strengthing the policy support of government, the reform of port business, enhancing the competitiveness of port and city, industry and space coordinatin and so on, which promote the interactive development between port and city.
