Research On Modern Agricultural Development Of Longwan District

In the recent years, LONGWAN ZONE, one of the three main city zones of WenZhou city, has fulfilled Sustainable Development in society economy. However, LONGWAN ZONE, as one of the biggest industry zones, does focus more on the GDP increasing, while many problems still exist in the development of the agriculture. Therefore, in recent new era and situation, how to make the LONGWAN ZONE, the strong industry Zone, from the traditional agriculture zone into the modern agriculture zone become a serious task for discussion and research.The purpose of this research is to find the existent problems in the development of agriculture and apply the relevant countermeasure and approaches, which is on the basis of relevant literature and theory accomplishment. It illustrates the meaning, characteristics, development trend and sustain system of modern agriculture and analyzes the advantages and available conditions in developing modern agriculture of LONGWAN ZONE. Hope that can make noteworthy assistance in developing the modern agriculture of LONGWAN ZONE, and provide with significant reference meaning both in theory recognition and decision-making.This article uses the theories of agricultural economy and sustainable development, applies the approaches of researches by camping in selected spots, informal discussion and questionnaire and bases on boundary of relevant data and materials, and combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, theory research and demonstration research. Thus, it brings out a systematic review in the developing the modern agriculture of LONGWAN ZONE.There are altogether five chapters.In the first chapter, the author of the thesis mainly introduces the research backgrounds and points, research trend at home and abroad, ideology, and the main research content and approaches, as well as the possible innovation.The second chapter is about basic theories, sets forth the meaning and development trend of modern agriculture, clarified the character and the support system of modern agriculture. The third chapter is the empirical study which is linked to the current situations of developing the modern agriculture. The author emphasizes analyzing the current foundations and advantages in developing the modern agriculture of LONGWAN ZONE. In the forth chapter, the author points out the existent problems in the modern agriculture of LONGWAN ZONE. On the basis of the theories mentioned above and the current favorable conditions, the author points out the key issues and the causes in developing the modern agriculture of LONGWAN ZONE from different angles, which mainly are resource deficiency, increasing competition, "three-lack" problems, farm produce processing lag, low level industrialization management, poor labor force etc.In the fifth chapter, the author offers countermeasures and suggestions. According to the research result of this thesis, the author offers practical countermeasures and suggestions on policy making and measure implement in developing the modern agriculture of LONGWAN ZONE,The innovation of the article lies in the following points. It combines the central government's spirit of developing modern agriculture with the actual situation of agriculture development in LongWan Zone. It's the first time to do systematical research on LongWan's agriculture. The measures I suggest are significant guides to the actual development of agriculture. Among them, I especially put forward the ideas of strengthening overall arrangement, refining leading industries, improving the industry level, expanding the extension of agriculture, increasing the scientific support and completing the protection mechanism, which are all practical measures and are on the basis of innovation.
