The competitive advantage comes from enterprise customers to create more than the value of its cost, Strategy in terms of cost, under the guidance of a leading corporate goal is to become the industry's low-cost manufacturers. If an enterprise can create and maintain a comprehensive cost-leading position, as long as the price control in the industry will be average or close to the average level, it will be able to obtain better than average performance. In order to adapt to the fierce market competition, cost-advantage is a dream business objectives, therefore, all companies are trying to create an environment to reduce costs; and traditional cost management methods have not adapt to the new economic environment of enterprises needs, not only can not provide accurate cost information, we can not provide relevant decision-making support. With the network economy, knowledge economy and the development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing the business environment and management has changed dramatically, the competition among enterprises has been transformed into the value chain and value chain, competition among the value chain analysis and the use of modern enterprise has become the core issue of concern. Enterprise's mission is to create and convey the value of customers. Producers with suppliers, distributors, service providers and end-users in the production and realization of the value of interdependence. In this context, from the perspective of the value chain to reduce the cost of building a new model as a choice of direction.In this paper, the use of research-oriented specification, the use of logical reasoning, combined with case studies, support qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, research analysis of the value chain to reduce costs in the enterprise application.This thesis starts off the essential of the competition among modern enterprises, researches why the value chain analysis can reduce the enterprise costs validly, to some extent, this thesis break though the limit of present research just combine the value chain management and cost management. And the thesis points out the definition of value-chain-research-based costs reduction for the first time. Furthermore, the article from the enterprise internal value chain,vertical and horizontal value chain to build on three aspects of value chain analysis of the cost reduction model, combined with case studies, pointed out that the value chain analysis to create a business environment to reduce costs, came to the conclusion that the enterprise value chain analysis applied to reduce the cost of the specific methods: the value chain and recycling, control of cost drivers to establish the value of value-added analysis model. This article is divided into the following six parts.This article is divided into the following six parts.The first part of this article first introduced the research background, pointed out that the traditional methods of cost management has been unable to adapt the needs of modern cost management, value chain-based cost management to fundamentally reduce costs and to enterprises to reduce costs and create a sustainable environment; In this paper, and then pointed out that the purpose and significance of the research and sort out the progress of related research, this article pointed out that the research methodology and innovation, and define related concepts.The second part, introduced the value chain analysis and strategic cost management related to both theory and the theory, the back of this paper to lay the theoretical basis of the analysis. Third part of building a value chain based on the model of cost reduction, mainly from the enterprise value chain, value chain, vertical and horizontal value chain, such as a concrete analysis of three aspects of how to build a value chain based on the model of cost reduction, and how internal value chain, value chain, vertical and horizontal value chain optimization. Construction and analysis through the model, pointing out that the value chain analysis to create a business environment to reduce costs, so that enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to obtain competitive advantage. Part IV, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the introduction of the actual cases TCL, respectively, the enterprise value chain analysis and optimization methods, and the vertical value chain optimization, and optimization of the horizontal value chain approach, through the analysis pointed out that the secret of the success of TCL .The fifth part of the value chain analysis method in the enterprise application costs and the specific application of the limitations of the analysis.The sixth part of the study to draw conclusions in this article, pointing out that the study of this paper, the inadequacies of the direction of future research prospects.
