Nowdays, the society has entered a new era - the era of knowledge economy, and science and technology develops greatly from day to day. In our country, with the deepening reform of the science and technology system,high-tech enterprises develop rapidly, playing more and more an important role in the economic development. Human resources as the core resources of the erterprise, their value is directly the efficiency of high-tech enterprises. But present, because lack of evaluation Methods that suit the high-tech enterprises, human resources value can not be accuratly reflected. On the one hand,it causes the staff enthusiasm not to be high, high staff rate of flow ,seriously influencing the healthy development of high-tech enterprise; on the other hand, M & A of high-tech enterprise can not be correctly reflect the value of high-tech enterprises,resulting the property outflow. Therefore, the creation of evaluation method that suits to evaluate human resources value of high-tech enterprises is imperative, thus the research on evaluationg methods of human resources value in high-tech enterprise is urgent and has great practical significance.Based on learning from the domestic and foreign assessment theory and method of human resources value, the main purpose of this paper is to creat evaluation method that suits to enaluate human resources value of high-tech enterprises in order to provide the basis for making decision about human affairs and salary in high-tech enterprise. The paper is divided into four major parts: in the fist part ,it elaborates the selected thesis background, the practical significance and the domestic and foreign research present situation, and introduces assessment theory of human resources value to provides the theory support for creating the evaluation method of human resources value. The second part analyzes the high-tech enterprise and its human resources, pointing out that the creation of evaluation method that suits to evaluate human resources value of high-tech enterprises is the most urgent problem to be solved during implementing the human resources value assessment in high-tech enterprises at present. The third part analyzes current methods of human resources value in high-tech enterprises, points out the insufficiency each kind of appraisal method and carries on the synthetic evaluation to these appraisal methods in ordet to provide some mentalities that how to creat evaluation method that suits to evaluate human resources value of high-tech enterprises.The fourth part aims at the insufficiency of the current methods, in light of high-tech enterprise reality, building the assessment model of human resources value. This part is innovation place of the paper and carries on empirical analysis.Because the research of evaluation method of human resourse value is still at its initial stage,and the research of this paper will be some value to consummate our country human resources appraisal theory and the method system.At the same time,the paper proposes the assessment model, and it will provide the practical and feasible method for the high-tech enterprise human resources value estimating.
