Our country mutual fund has gone through decades of trials and hardships, a short period of ten years will reach a mature market for nearly a hundred years to achieve the necessary scale of development, which has made remarkable achievements.However, mutual fund by leaps and bounds all the way to develop all kinds of quest are the benefits of substantial imbalances exist, especially for the protection of the interests of fund holders to ignore ,even in the stock market crash, reincarnation is still one of me as before, the young Chinese mutual fund seems lost the public trust.Coincidentally, in the global stock market crash of all times, the Mutual Fund industry is faced with Chinese fund industry and the same dilemma: the rapid shrinking of assets, lower rate of return on investment quickly, but after the restore of each market, the Fund industry is still showing strong vitality. According to the theory of economics under the framework of analysis and international comparison, we can be sure that the difficulties which be fund industry faced caused mainly by the adjustment of benefits that caused by the imbalance between the interests of specific stakeholders, showed a more prominent questions about the contradictions and conflicts of interest. How to make the fund stakeholders towards from the imbalance to the coordination of benefits? Whether or not this imbalance affected by the development of countries different? Whether or not coordination measures in different countries has common? What enlighted for our country fund industry on related to the results of the study? All these questions need a particular comparative study on historical experience of different countries to answer,and this is just a question that we want to study and answer.This paper from the angle of fund industry stakeholders study the coordination of benefits. First of all, this paper gives a more specific define to the interests of stakeholders to coordinate benefits in accordance with the framework of the economics theory. Secondly, in the framework of coordination mechanism, this paper consider our country fund industry stakeholders in an imbalance between the interests of the mechanism, this study confirmed the reasonableness of the assumptions. Then, through case studies, this paper analysised the process of coordination benefits on the development of the international fund industry, summarized the common measures of coordination, and proposed reality enlightenment to our county. Thirdly, this paper further explored our country fund industry benefit unblance performance, and excavated the fund industry that despite the apparent imbalance between the the lack of history and reality in the longitudinal analysis .Finally, in the light of the findings in this paper, combined with the current development of China's fund industry, I do a full text of the response to measures thinking.The emphasis should be under the guidance of the Government to strengthen and improve the protection of the interests of fund holders as the core of the regulatory legal system construction . At the end of this paper pointed out the lack of direction and future research direction.
