Research On Team Communication In The Growth Of High-tech Venture Enterprise

Recently, with the development of economic, entrepreneurship grow rapidly in our country, in which high-tech venture enterprise become the focus. Although the government has been realized the important role it plays, and made many policies to support it, only a minority of high-tech enterprise can grow up rapidly. There are a lot of reasons for the failure, in which team communication is the critical one. Team communication is the core of venture enterprise, and it is one of the key elements of the sustainable development of venture enterprise, so we must recognize the important role it plays. In this paper, some researches have been done to help team members communicate efficiently.First, the research made literature reviews on high-tech venture enterprise, of corporate life-cycle and communication theory.Second, analyzed the status of team communication in high-tech venture enterprise, such as its principles, features, channels, modes and so on.Third, described the growth characteristics of various stages based on the life-cycle theory of high-tech venture enterprise, and found the best mode of communication in every stage.Fourth, analyzed the influencing factors of team communication, and used AHP to set up the system of the performance evaluation on team communication in order to determine the weight of every factor.At last, did the basic analysis of team communication in Jinan pioneering park overseas Chinese Scholars, and put forward some recommendations.
