The economic issue is the key problem for the marginal field development. So it is crucial to establish comprehensive evaluation and programming model as to improve the capacity of marginal field development of Chinese oil companies.Based on the problem that a large oil company intends to develop a natural gas field with rich CO2 and a marginal oil field which needs CO2-EOR technology, this article takes the relationship between storage, production capacity and output, investment, cost and profit in the processes such as development, separation, gathering and transportation, and comprehensive utilization and so on (including CO2-EOR, industrial utilization and chemical utilization) in to consideration and adopts mixed integer linear programming to analysis the economic evaluation method and build up the evaluation system of the marginal field development. Leverage to the analysis above, this article will build up a software system with the tools such as OPL Studio 5.0 of ILOG and MS Office Excel 2007 of Microsoft. Finally, as to test the correctness and applicability of the evaluation model and software program, it will input the available parameters and data into the evaluation model to make trial calculation and sensitive analysis.
