With the socio-economic development and increase of social logistics demand, many countries pay more and more attention to the logistics industry, and analysis of logistics demand becomes an important basis for the government's logistics plan. Under the background that "expanding county's economy" is promoted by the country, analysis of county logistics as an integral part of county's economy seems particularly important. Today, as the urban-rural planning is tabled, the analysis of county logistics demand can not be limited to urban or rural. We should consider urban and rural areas as a whole. We should analyze the county logistics demand based on urban-rural planning.This article analyses from following parts: The first part is introduction; The second part analyses the basic theories of urban-rural planning and the county logistics demand, and studies the characteristics of the county logistics demand and differences between the county logistics demand and others; The third part mainly discusses the contents of size and structure of logistics demand, emphasizes the influence of urban-rural planning on the county logistics demand and the differences between before and after urban-rural planning, and according to analysis, concludes the models of county logistics based on urban-rural planning; The fourth part talks about the choice of index and method. Through the comparison of the methods of logistics demand analysis, this article use linear regression and location quotient to analyze the size and structure of county logistics demand based on the urban-rural planning; The fifth part is positive analysis. This part analyses the size and structure of Gong county logistics demand based on the urban-rural planning, finds out the problems, and puts forward proposals. The innovation of this article is analysis of relationship between degree of urban-rural planning and county logistics demand. At the same time, there are shortcomings in this paper. Since there aren't enough data, this article can't measure the degree of urban-rural planning roundly, there are some errors.
