| The generalized exponential distribution is introduced recently. It was observed that the generalized exponential distribution could be used quite effectively to analyze positive lifetime data, particularly, in place of the two-parameter gamma or two-parameter Weibull distributions. The main discussion about this distribution is based on life test at present, and the main point is the point estimation about the parameter. The research about the interval estimation and the hypothesis is little. In this paper, we study statistic analysis for the generalized exponential distribution based on accelerated life test data. In chapter I, some inference from such kinds of distribution by many authors are introduced, then we give the problems discussed in the paper. Chapter II presentes the inverse moment estimation about the distribution based on life test data. Chapter III presentes the maximum likelihood estimator and confidence intervals estimation for generalized exponential distribution based on constant stress accelerated life test data with type- II censering. Chapter IV presentes the maximum likelihood estimator and confidence intervals estimation for generalized exponential distribution based on step stress accelerated life test data with type- II censering. Using Monte Carlo method, we research the precision of the estimation and approximate interval estimation of the generalized exponential distribution. The simulation results show the precision is relatively good. |
