| Higher education expanded from 1999, increasing recruits. The situation of employ is serious year after year. It is unrealized that the graduate hunt a satisfied job after graduated. The organization is afraid of graduate job-hopping after got experience and training. Theoretically, the graduates choose career and working organization through trial method, organization gets a proper employee by the rational flow, eliminating, it is reasonable. In fact, the understanding of difference for expectation, reward, and correlation makes it easier that broken labor contract between graduate and organization through this process. The connotative informal responsibility consists of organizational and individual expectation which can not write the difference through a formal document type, and these correlations are the content of psychological contract between students and employing organizations. The characteristic of psychological contract, which is dynamic and theory containing, meets the demand of study this reality.This paper is based on this reality and theoretical background, researches on the relationship which between graduate psychological contract and job service time and job conception. It adopts an empirical method of organizational behavior mature research approach, synthesizes factors which affect organization management in different style and depth after 1990s, meet the age characteristic of psychological contract research, according to domestic scholar research result which adapt to the situation of China, progress with samples of 2005 year's graduate in Chang'An university, set up model which is compose of psychological contract, control, employment, population factors, the research object are job service time and job conception, bring forward research hypotheses, mathematics analysis with econometrics method, achieve reliable research conclusion. It wishes that this paper provides some clues which apply organizational behavior theory to basic human resource management study work, has a good theoretical sustaining function when organization, school, student make relational policies or decision, provide some useful operation solution and method for individual, organization, school in practice. |
