Today, with the increase in world trade, has become a big global trade body, the state and national trade is more frequent and more intense in the market competition. The previous planned economy and the mandatory plan has been non-existent. In the circumstances of same product quality, marketing has become a means to get victory, and directly related to the rise and fall of enterprises and long-term development.As a large multinational corporation, Samsung is also looking for suitable model for their own marketing. Hoping that the use of advanced marketing idea with applicable to their own channels, marketing strategies, using the most appropriate way to promote local products operation. This paper is on the Dalian Samsung camcorders in the whole market channels for the re-design analysis, take into account marketing strategy and personnel training strategy changes to the way the case Marketing Strategies conducted all-round changes in the thinking and exploration.Finally, the concept of marketing analysis and, in conjunction with the actual situation of Samsung cameras designed for the development of its channel strategy and marketing, and announced the staff training and the need to reform of Practice has proved that these strategies for Samsung Camcorder made it developed rapidly and played a good role in practical way.
