With the vigorous development of the tourism industry, any one place is a potential tourist destination, any one person is a potential tourist, and the tourism destination image becomes one of the factors that attract tourists. Distinctive tourism image will help enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, and it has very important stimulus effect for the tourists to choose tour destination.This paper takes the tourism image of Pingle from the vision of tourists as the research object, based on the theory of human geography, physical geography, tourism psychology, sociology and marketing study etc, The author analyses the tourism image of Pingle and designs the tourism image of the ancient town and ascertain the means to spread it.
