As the high-speed development of national economic departments and the people's living standards continue to improve, paper has become increasingly widespread use. The growing demand for paper provides a broad market for the Paper Industry. The paper industry can be developed into an important industry for the national economy and become a new growth point of economic development.The development of forestry-paper integration of foreign countries has nearly a hundred years time. Compared to the development of forestry-paper integration, China has made great achievements, but progress remains slow. Forestry-paper integration in China's development process need the help from abroad related to the development of forestry-paper integration experience.
