Since reform and opening up, Private economy have gradually become an important part of the National economy.Under the background of the economic crisis, Private enterprises are faced with many severe challenges. In order to promote the sustainable development of health for Private enterprises, this paper research on KPI which apply in the growth of private enterprises.Select "28" theory as the theoretical foundation, select KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as theoretical approach, selects Private enterprises in the growth as the scope of the study. Starting from the strategic objectives, applying the idea of based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method to set up the KPI system, combining the key factor analysis and target analysis of the applicability for the selection of performance indicators.The model also draws on the idea of the balanced scorecard financial goal-oriented, based on internal business goal, aim for power customers regard learning and growing as a propellant aim, and stressed that use the results of performance management to ensure sustainable growth.Based on grasping scientific the characteristics of private enterprises in Growth,Analysis specificity of implementing KPI in the growth of private enterprises,choose TL as empirical study. In the analysis of TL's scientifically formulated on the basis of the status quo strategy, Adhere to the principle "Organization follow the strategy ", reconstruction of enterprise organizational structure, strategic objectives will be broken down into several levels KPI, using analytical hierarchy process for KPI's weight distribution, and strengthen communication and control of performance in the course of implementation, study the actual results in the TL Company. Empirical studies have shown that the model makes the company's strategic objectives awareness, communicate more effectively and smoothly between employees and managers, each staff understand clearly on responsibility right and benefits. Making staff's sense of responsibility, security, belonging and a sense of accomplishment increased. It made the overall performance level increased. In order to play continuously the advantages of performance management, business need to keep in accordance with strategy to update its own performance management system.
