Trust, the basis for the normal running of the family firms' network, is the key factor for the family firms to obtain necessary resources and keep growing. The building of trust is a complex progress, which refers to many factors. Family trust and general family trust are the main existing types of trust in China. The specific paths of networked growth of family firms are: the industrial cluster, the enterprise group, the virtual organization and the strategic alliance.
