Collaborative management in the group company is a study field to which theory circle and business circle pay close attention. Considering the economic organization - group company holding subsidiaries and wholly-owned subsidiaryies, choosing supply chain collaboration as the study subject, this study apply the maturity theory of supply chain management to the group company; from the height of group company, group company make systematic analysis to the subsystems of supply chain operation, aiming at identifying opportunities of cooperation.This paper study Collaborative supply chain management in the group company in two dimensions: The first one, vertical collaboration. Because of business communication, subsidiaries in the same supply chain have the opportunities of cooperation which are identified as opportunities of vertical collaboration. From perspective of operating relevance and resources, supported by the means of value-chain analysis method, we could identify opportunities of cooperation accurately, after which, conglomerates carry out the action of cooperative integration. The second one, transverse collaboration. Because of the similarity of business model, subsidiaries in the different supply chains have the opportunities of cooperation which are identified as opportunities of transverse collaboration. The degree of cooperative integration depends on three factors: the degree of operating relevance, the degree of similarity of resources, gap between regions.This article analyzed characteristics of supply chain management in the group company, Based on three different aspects: Information synergy, Workflow cooperation and Organization cooperation, summarized the framework which could guarantee Collaborative supply chain management in the group company.
