The research of investment and financing system reform problem of the town construction has important theoretical value and practical significance.The writer, taking the ZiBo City as an example, systematically made an overall analysis on the investment and financing system of the town construction, according to clue of theoretical research of investment, basic research, system change, system reform, adopting the research methods of ordinary statistics and case investigation, positive analysis and normative analysis, system analysis.
