Under the market environment in which the competition becomes more intense and the consumers'demands become more personalized and diversified, the enterprises are facing more demand-uncertainty risks. For satisfying customers'needs well and seeking a long-term development, all the enterprises belonging to the same supply chain should collaborate and take some strategies to coordinate their actions. These strategies should make each supply chain member take the impact of its own actions to the other members into account and make decisions which are optimal for the whole supply chain system. With these strategies, all the supply chain members will share the market risks and achieve the win-win situation; meanwhile, the supply chain will operate effectively and develop coordinately. When the competitiveness of the supply chain is enhanced, each member's competitiveness will be enhanced. So, study on the supply chain contract as a coordinating strategy is of a practical significance. The perishable product is a kind of high degree of demand uncertainty, short sale and manufacture of long lead time characteristics product. The manufacturer commonly adopts a certain mechanism by the way of apportioning the sale risks so as to enable retailers to improve product quantity ordered, at the same time encourage retailers to increase sales and urge the both have greater profit margins, achieving the goals of production and marketing coordination. This dissertation mainly aims to design some contracts based on target rebate mechanism to coordinate the perishable product's supply chain and achieve the win-win situation. The target rebate mechanism is mainly to improve retailers'sales enthusiasm, increasing sales volume; while return policy and quantity discount contract can improve order quantity of the retailer effectively. In this dissertation, a two-echelon model for perishable products'supply chain is established, which is composed by one manufacturer and one retailer. At the base of analyzing the coordinating effect of the target rebate mechanism in the supply chain, we combine the return policy and quantity discount contracts respectively with the target rebate and apply them into the supply chain coordination. Two combined contract models are built and studied on the implementation conditions of the supply chain coordination and win-win. Using numerical analysis method to analyze their impact on the improved profit rates of both sides, a variety of programs which can achieve a win-win situation for members in the supply chain is provided.
