To be certain, the proposed system will provide the taxpayers with a brand-new platform for tax-reporting with high efficiency, avoiding the necessity of going outside.The value of the chosen subject comes from its realization of the change from the traditional method, that is, taxpayers must declare at the appointed collecting hall and then, go to the account-opening bank to pay, to the modern pattern, that is, taxpayers just load on the Tax Returns Website to declare, accompanied by the transference of bank accounts. Taking this as a turning point, we will establish the database exchange platforms of government organizations, such as Industry and Commerce, State Tax Bureau, Social Insurance, National Treasury, Public Security and the banks. These platforms will share the information with the databases of local tax bureaux. Accordingly, the proposed system is in line with the regulations prescribed by the State Tax Bureau, and it can be expanded flexibly; namely, it can greatly reduce the data-collecting work by the tax bureaux, save a great amount of administrative expenses and enhance tax offices' function of serving taxpayers. What's more, it saves the taxpayer's time and energy in shuttling back and forth between tax-collecting halls and banks to declare and pay taxes every month.
