With the rapid development of society, the trend that the mobile service will take place of the fixed-line service became more and more obvious, while the demand for broadband services grows rapidly ,the competition in the broadband communication market increased and expanded. In order to win the market and customers, improving service quality continuously and the operation ability of the existing network has become a top priority. In order to make good use of a large number of LAN broadband access network resources of "Chongqing CNC Broadband Networks Co.,Ltd", it need to pay more attention to the network operation, beginning with keeping the existing clients and starting to develop new customers, we should unify the network operation and upkeep. Therefore, in this case, the method that the network operation and upkeep in one for LAN broadband is completely necessary and in line with the actual needs.Starting with analysis about the present network situation of CNC Chongqing Branch , this thesis has analyzed the necessity of the network transformation , by using SWOT analysis, PEST analysis , Five Strength analysis and other methods.
