RCM User Acceptance Testing Project Risk Control Solution Research

RCM is the abbreviation for Retail Channel Management System. What this article describes is User Acceptance Testing which is the sub-project under RCM project.This article has introduced some of the software risk management and risk control models and theories. Based on present theory, this article brings forth a new improved enterprise software project risk management and risk control model, named IEAC model, from the software project requirement owner perspective. IEAC model is also applied to do risk control and solution built up for a sub-project of a CRM project—RCM, to verify the possibility and applicability of IEAC model and to provide some useful experiences and enlightenment for software project management profession.This article starts from risk management and risk control theory documentation summary. It puts forward the detail content of IEAC model and also the application case, User acceptance testing. This article does a very detail analysis for user acceptance testing on the risk identification, risk evaluation, and risk analysis. The detail risk control solution has been provided for every risk which is considered as top 1 or top 2 priority among all the risks. IEAC model is well and effectively used in the risk control in the project of user acceptance testing and the project has got successful results finally.Here are the 3 research conclusions for the article; firstly, IEAC model has a broad applicability in software project risk control management; secondly, it will bring good impact with the integrated application of change management and risk management in project management; thirdly, people should have risk pre-caution consciousness in project management and risk avoiding solution should be used extensively.
