In 1980s',Global economy has turned a trend of service-guide.While developed coutries all have a high percent over 70% of service sector, China just has a low percent about 40%. So China has put forward a series polities to improve service industry.In the development of techonolgy , Service changes its character that consumes when product .Producer service has a similar character of industry . While producer service becomes eye-caught sector, but traditional service is neglected. So in order to make the right measure on improving service , this thesis is to estabilish models to figure out the law of traditional service attribution on economic growth.First classify the service sector into producer service, distribution service, social service and personal service. In order to keep pace with international study ,this theysis defined personal service as the traditional service.According to demand theorys, make the qualitative analysis of personal service under economic growth and economic recession; A input-output multiplier model is eatablished to find that the emergence of traditional service industries could accelerate economic mobility, and increase the economic multiplier effect.Then by the data which developed coutries' employment proportion of personal service section accouted over decades years, A rule is revealed between the economic recession and the traditional service sector employment absorption capacity.Then without consideration of the influence of exogenous variables, traditional service-employment model is establish to reveal that traditional service labor-absorbing capacity is better than than other industries. Last, A suggestion is put forward to improve the traditional service to math the best industral structure with the practial economic recession.Finally conclude 3 stages of traditional service industry in China, and make suggestions that personal service sector should be promoted .
