The Research Of China's Grain Pricing Mechanism

Currently grain issues are the common problems human faced, in different countries show different manifestations. Since china's reform and opening up, China's grain production capacity has been enhanced, the growth of the national economy provides a solid material guarantee. The past two years, accompanied by the rapid development of China's macro economy, the consumer price index rising and food prices emergence of the state of rising, what caused widespread concern in society. The stability of grain prices for China's social stability and economic operation have a significant impact, so to ascertain China's grain price formation mechanisms and changes in the laws is very important to the our country's macro-economy. In this paper, through the analysis of China's grain prices evolution process of change history since 1949, by retrospection of evolvement path of grain price system in China, this dissertation analyses the characters of different pricing mechanism, and discusses the evolving laws of grain pricing mechanism. Through this way, this dissertation provides theoretic evidence for the improvement of grain pricing mechanism.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of a combination methods, this article show from the macro-and micro-level of China's grain pricing mechanism for the theoretical and empirical analysis of the impact of China's grain supply and demand, in a variety of factors based on detailed analysis to identify the impact of China's grain price factors, take systematic analysis on food prices, and then used the model of the grain market analysis, and grain security. After the quantitative analysis on the rule of grain price fluctuation, we find the four periods of price fluctuation and altitude of each of them; then constitute a decisive model of national grain price, analyze each factor and make some suggestions about grain security according to their effect.
