Tourism Service Quality Valuation System Based Fuzzy Clustering And Its Algorithm Design

In recent years, with social development, tourism has become one of the most robust development momentum and the largest scaled industry in the global economy. However, due to various subjective and objective reasons, the current developing level of tourism in our country is still far behind the developed countries. In most reasons, the high tourist complaints and the poor quality of service in the tourist landscape have become the bottleneck of constraining the rapid development of tourism development.For adding the correctness and the efficiency of the evaluation of the tourism service and enhance the tourism service quality, the purpose of this paper is through the analysis of the fuzzy math of fuzzy clustering, which focus on the character of tourism establish the fuzz Clustering model and it shows the algorithm design and the relevant algorithm realization. And it reflects one result of the service quality of one tourism department which used the fuzz clustering program for the tourist attraction to show the usage and the efficiency.This paper shows the basic knowledge, the fuzz base of the quality and the way to show the fuzzy quality and the mathematics'model of the result of the fuzzy quality. And according to the characters of the service quality progress and the use of fuzz clustering of the evaluation of the tourism service, it has a deep investment and communication.
