Research On E-business And Scheduling Problem For Logistics Regional Distribution Center

Along with the e-business development, Order and the logistic distribution are paid more and more attentions in the e-business. Order and the logistic distribution are two important links directly with customers in logistics. The core part of order is to help customers to make their purchasing simple, rapid and safe. The traditional order has some problems, for example, the investment amount is great, the operation is complex and maintenance is difficult. The distribution core part is the collection of goods, the delivery of goods and the process of delivery. To optimize the logistic distribution is mainly to optimize the vehicle schedule , that is how to arrange the traffic line of distribution vehicle, to satisfy each customer service point needs and make total cost minimal ( at the same time general profit is maximal). However, the existing scheduling optimizing algorithm has speed slowly and effect not evident problems and so on.This article firstly studies the relationship of e-business and the modernized logistic, then discusses four stages that logistics develops under e-business environment, mutuality affect between the e-business and the logistics. Lastly, the article suggests the idea to build area distribution center model of e-business and the logistics in our country. On the analytical basis for the model, I sum up out two key questions which have direct impact to the realization of the model: the first is realization of ordering goods , the second is the realization of optimizing vehicle schedule. For the first question, I take the orders of Internet of Dong Ying Tobacco Corporation as concrete object of study. The rapid simple safe ordering goods is realized for consumers using the network TV. It is realized with the various thinking of the current developing situation of our country's e-business and the possible conditions in actual life and the support from the IPTV technology. For the second question, I take the traffic line of distribution vehicle of Dong Ying Tobacco Corporation as concrete object of study to study the solution methods of this large-scale distribution circuit optimizing problem for more than 7,000 distribution centers. There are two stages to put the methods to realization. One is rational partition of distribution area, to divide the large-scale area into many small areas to accelerate the speed of the vehicle controller optimization and to make good effectiveness of optimization; Two is the process and the steps of realizing vehicle controller distribution optimization in the small areas. When all small areas vehicle controller distribution optimizations are finished, the entire area has also got very good optimization effect. This article also introduces the realization methods to optimization system of vehicle controller distribution.
