The Empirical Research On The Correlation Between Total Assets And Total Revenue Of Chinese Listed Company

Certain assets (for example fund, raw material, mechanical device and so on) put into production, utilized by enterprise's strategic decision, through the daily operative activity such as sales commodity, provides the service or the transfer property right, causes certain economic interest for enterprise, namely has had the revenue. Therefore we can suppose that it has certain correlation between assets and revenue. How the performance in practice of this relationship is is the purpose of this paper.This paper is precisely based on the data of listed companies in China and carries out empirical analysis of the total assets of different trades and the total revenue related to a preliminary analysis and discussion. The full text of the first quantitative research study that the total assets and total revenue of the relationship between the income and assets and the related theoretical concepts are introduced. Followed this paper introduced the main research hypothesis, research sample, research variables and the choice of analytical methods, and empirical studies of the basic ideas as the basis for the respective industries on the empirical studies carried out, including the draw with the total income of the total assets of the relationship between scatter map, the correlation coefficient between calculated and model fitting as well as the total asset turnover ratio of the frequency distribution for the scope of the study and research. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and the results of the empirical study and in combination with the asset characteristic of listed companies in china, this paper put forward some helpful opinions and suggestions to the optimizing of the asset and finance managements.
