Feasibility Study Of Rebuilding Highway G213 Chuanzhusi To Wenchuan

Feasibility study is a comprehensive subject that provides investigation and identification for the project, offers general and integrated technical economic study and systematic analysis for the planned project, and provides the evidence to do it or not by the technical economic study. It is the primary basis to the project establishment and decision. In this paper, some problems about the feasibility study of reconstructed highway porject are discussed, including traffic forecasting, economic evaluation and scheme alternative, and so on.On the basis of above basic theory and methods, feasibility study is carried out detailedly about rebuilding highway of G213 Chuanzhusi to WenChuan. And some works are mainly done, including the social economy of the affected areas, the transportation condition and development forecasting, the demonstration of technical standards, route alternative, the analysis of environmental impact, investment estimation, economic evaluation, energy-saving evaluation and construction program. Results show that: for the reconstructed highway project, this research approach is technical feasible, economic rational, and it could be extended to other similar project.
