Corporate culture are common cultural traditions advocated by the enterprise leadership, and it is also a set of continual updating behavior patterns, which reflected in corporate values, management theory and behavior stanard, penetrating in enterprise in all fields at all time and space. Corporate culture includes four levels, namely, enterprise material culture, enterprise behavior culture, enterprise institutional culture and enterprise spirit culture. Corporate culture has the stimulation function on employees.With the collaborative operational mechanism of enterprise material culture, enterprise behavior culture, enterprise institutional culture and enterprise spirit culture , Corporate culture releases the stimulating energy hidden in itself. It is not merely the spiritual encouragement, it is also the material incentive, behavior incentive and institutional incentive, the stimulation effect, which the corporate culture stimulation motivates intrinsic initiative and the potential on staff, is the stimulation function of corporate culture. Corporate culture stimulation is a kind of three-dimensional, all-encompassing motivation to the staff, which implemented with the specific incentive features of Corporate culture, the purpose is to stimulate employees to work with initiative, enthusiasm and creativity.Beginning with the motivation theory, designing the corporate culture functions as the research object, using the thinking way of scientific system , namely, proposing problems, analyzing problems, and solving problems, this paper raised the new understanding on the concept of corporate culture stimulation, analyzed the specific stimulation function of corporate culture at all levels, that is, the stimulation functions of enterprise material culture, the stimulation functions of enterprise behavior culture, the stimulation functions of enterprise institutional culture, the stimulation functions of enterprise spirit culture. In order to elaborate the reason why corporate culture stimulation carries on, on the one hand, analyzed the relationship between corporate culture stimulation and management theory of human nature, pointing out that corporate culture has learned the rational cores from management theory of human nature; On the other hand, demonstrated that the corporate culture stimulation were the assimilation and discard to the rationalism incentive model with the contrast methods. Finally, the paper discussed the way to improve the stimulation functions of corporate culture, that is, fulfilling"humanism"enterprise values, taking seriously with the enterprise culture network communication channels, profiting from the the cultivation and development idea of studying organization .
