How intense competitive environment of access to competitive advantage, to share the fruits of economic and trade development, every liner companies concerned.Dain ferry corporation Limited is a company to enter the market from the beginning of the most exclusive monopoly to the current oligopoly, the external market environment has undergone tremendous changes. How to adapt to changes in the external environment, the development of competitive strategy is this what the purpose of the study.In this paper, based on a market survey, through PEST tools, which of the company's macro environment, as well as five-force model inspected the industrial structure, and analysis of the enterprises are faced with opportunities and threats. In the external environment analysis, it is also the company's resources and capabilities and competitors to do the comparison, clearly the company's strengths and weaknesses, SWOT matrix proposed by the four strategic path. Finally, the external environment and internal environmental factors analysis, that companies should focus on different choices of competitive strategy conclusions.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, the strategy presented in this paper not only the specific content, but also the implementation of the strategy put forward key issues and safeguards.
