The Negative Effects Of Development And Utilization Of Coal Resources In Inner Mongolia And The Study Of Countermeasures

Inner Mongolia has a vast territory and varied and complicated terrain structure, which forms the abundant mineral resources, especially coal reserves. They not only have a pivotal position for the country's economic development, but also play a crucial role in the national security protection. Its economic development is largely dependent on natural resources development, therefore, lays a certain amount of economic base. However, in the long terms, as the ethnic minority areas on the export of products of our resources, the problems of the coal resources still exist in the course of the development and utilization, which has also brought a lot of negative effects.This paper, by the analysis on the development of coal resources, which have been seriously damaged grassland resources, polluted the groundwater resources and the surrounding environment, resulting in ground subsidence and impeding the county sustainable economic development, gives the suggestions in the following aspects: the strengthening of the environmental awareness in the development of coal resources the process, sustainable development, and expansion of the utilization of coal gangue means of prevention, the treatment of mine water, measures of ground subsidence to enhance the comprehensive utilization of coal resources and rational planning, clear access conditions , the realization of large-scale production, changes in resource utilization, the establishment of a complete compensation mechanism, the development of circular economy and protection of mining environment , and developing the alternative sources of energy.In the vigorous process of industrialization in Inner Mongolia, the coal resources turn into the competitive advantages in the real economic development, which accelerates its development with the ecological and environmental protection. The coal development and utilization of energy resources and environmental protection, ecological construction coordination provide reliable energy security for the economic and social development in Inner Mongolia, as well as in the eastern part of the provision of energy supply, so as to be of great significance in the promotion of the economic and social sustainable development in Inner Mongolia.
