| Safety accidents are easily happened in petrochemical industry, which is characterized with complex process, advanced technology, huge amounts of money, continuous production, poisonous and corrosive materials etc.The issue of safety accidents prevention has drawn attention of the government, enterprises and even the whole society. It is not only the core of safe production study, but also of great importance in the process of building of harmonious society. Based on rich working experience in the petrochemical company, the author has fully realized the importance of safety accidents prevention in production and management and also the active role the advanced safety management system can play.Post accident safety management model has been adopted by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company for many years. This paper firstly compares the existing safety production model of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company with famous international companies, and then finds out the problems. Secondly, through studies on those problems, the causality of accidents has been found out, which will be used to prevent safety accidents. Thirdly, the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management system is introduced. The system follows the process of plan-do-check-action. The system is centered in identifying danger and assessing risks, and emphasizes accident prevention, control and development. This system has played an important role in accident prevention for Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. |
