Studing Land Use Intensivcation In Urban Area And Realizing Its Ways

At present our country is entering urbanization stage of accelerated development, city development and every construction land are being expanded rapidly, but it appeared the extensive phenomenon in urban land utilization, and aggravated the contradiction of land and people. Launching the appraise of urban land intensively utilization, and constantly improving the utilization efFciency of urban land, can promote rational distribution and rational utilization of the urban land resource, transform epitaxy expand to the combination of epitaxy expand and latent power expand, take the sustainable development road.On the base of the advanced theories, research methods from home and abroad and FieldSurvey, the paper makes an in-depth research in the connotation of intensified urban land use,the technology line, the research methods and the Countermeasures from the theory and realityangles by collecting much information. The paper also creatively explores the urban land intensive use of Gansu provinceThe articl consists six chapters .The first chapter discusses thebackground, purpose and meaning of choicing the title,points out the necessity of Urban Land Intensive Use, summarizes researches on Urban Land Intensive Use home and abroad, and illustrates the innovative points of our own research.The second chapter analyzes the characters of urban land utilization, and sets its connotion based on an introduction of land use intensivcation in urban area.Beside it introducts the Law of Diminishing Returns of Land, the theory of location, the theory of Land Rent,the theory of ?? Land price and the theory of sustainable development.The third chapter, which is guided by the present situation of land utilization on Gansu Province, proposes some questions in the city land utilization.The fourth chapter starts with the analysis of the man-land relationship in urban land intensive use. It explains the system PSR conception about urban land intensive and puts forward the index system based on PSR model .Then the method of principal component analysis is adopted the urban land intensive use of Gansu province.The fifth chapter target-oriented proposeds ways that realizes urban-land intensive use.At the end of this thesis, there is a brief summing up of this study's major contents .Some deficiencies and questions that require further study are put forward.
