Under The Risk Management Perspective Of The Research Of The Government Behavior In The Western Agricultural Industrialization

In the western agricultural industrialization process, Government as a major driving force, its behavior directs impact on the direction and quality of agriculture. Government in the process of development of industrialization of agriculture should be what to do; it is a worthy of careful considered problem. Moreover, in practice, many government actions are running counter to their original intentions. This article basics on the foreign experience in the industrialization of agriculture, with using the analysis method related to economics and management, it provides relevant measures to regulate the behavior of government and prevent risks, and in order to have certain directive significance in practice.The first part is the summary of agricultural industrialization and the related government behavior theory. This section first analyzes the development status and existing problems of potato industry in Ding xi city of Gansu province.
