Study On Development Strategy Of The State-owned Assets Investment And Management Limited Company Of Quanzhou Development Zone

With the rapid development of Chinese market economy and the conversion from seller's market to buyer's market,any industry which wants to survive and delelop continually in the competitive market and changeable environment should establish its development strategy based on an overview of its future so as to make its development direction and target clear.Based on the theory of modern strategic management,in combination with the specific situation of Quanzhou Economic and Techonological Development Zone State-Owned Assets Investment＆Management Co.Ltd,this thesis analyzes systematically the macro environment,industrial environment and the company's internal resources.From the anallysis,we find out the company's strength and weakness as well as the opportunities and challenges that the company is facing. This thesis adopts sveral strategic analysis tools,such as PEST Analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,Value Chain Analysis,SWOT Analysis,and so on.Based on the results of strategic analysis and the comparison of four kinds of development strategy- stability strategy,growth strategy,retrenchment strategy and diversification strategy,it is found that the company should choose growth strategy. Furthermore,main kinds of growth strategy- intensive growth strategy,integrative growth strategy and diversification growth strategy are compared and analyzed,and it is finally decided that the company should choose market development strategy (which is a kind of intensive growth strategy) and horizontal integrative strategy (which is a kind of integrative growth strategy) and the company should fulfill the horizontal integrative strategy by joint investment.This thesis also discusses how to practise the strategy in details.It shows that we should practise this strategy by improving the corporate legal person management system,carrying out strategic human resources management,building vivid corporate culture,optimizing operational structure,innovating development and business models,improving investment invitation channels and enhancing its ability in fund raising and using,etc.This study can be operated by Quanzhou Economic and Techonological Development Zone State-Owned Assets Investment＆Management Co.Ltd,and it will also be a good reference for the similar Development Zone State-Owned Assets Investment＆Management Company or for strategic management of land development companies.
