| Recent years,many listed firms in China have occurred problems in a row,which have seriously impacted the healthy development of China's listed firms and stock market.These emerging problems and potential accidents not only prove the serious disability of the governance structure of listed firms,but show the existence of many drawbacks in stock market in China.In other words,these problems in China's listed firms are caused by not only the disability of the governance structure,but the failure of the governance mechanism systems.Therefore,improving the governance structure of listed companies in China to be effective must be multi-pronged approach. |
