The Research On The Problem Of Resettlement Workers In The Reform Of State-owned Enterprises

In recent years,China reformed a large number of state-owned enterprises with strategic adjustment of China state-owned economy,and state-owned capital separated from the general area of competition.Recalling these work we found there are many problems in particular the issue of resettlement workers when we obtained the results of the reform.There were problems appeared during the reform such as protecting the rights of the workers not fully and violating workers' legitimate rights and interests in some state-owned enterprises.There was the problem that who bear the cost of the reformed enterprises because of the conflicts of interest and the injustice on cost-sharing of reform. Workers are not Simple assets which can be processed in accordance with the economic rationality.Therefore the problem resettling workers reasonably will impact the establishment of a harmonious society in China.This paper referenced the research results about resettling workers at home and abroad,and established research purposes and research methods.First it analyzed the theoretical basis of the problem about resettlement workers in the reform of state-owned enterprises,and established a systematic and theoretical research framework.Then it analyzed the status of the resettlement workers in the reform of state-owned enterprises. The paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the problem.The results had a practical significance and value.
